Shipping Policy

At MaxSwag Shop, we create personalized gifts, custom engraved products, apparel, accessories, and more. Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships, is delivered, or becomes available for pickup.

Production Times

Production time is the time needed to create, engrave, personalize, or prepare your order before it ships.

Estimated production times:

  • Engraved and personalized products: 3–5 business days
  • Apparel and print-on-demand items: 5–10 business days
  • Bulk orders, event orders, and custom quoted projects: Timeline provided with quote

Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume seasons, events, or special promotions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, package size, and weight.

We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers depending on the order and destination.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after production is complete and the order has been handed to the carrier.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers near our fulfillment area.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving to pick up your order.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery may be available for orders of $50 or more within a 10-mile radius of our local fulfillment area.

Local delivery is scheduled after production is complete. Local delivery does not mean same-day delivery unless specifically arranged.

Separate Shipments

Some items may ship separately.

If your order includes both engraved items and apparel, they may be produced and shipped separately because some apparel items may be fulfilled by a production partner.

You may receive more than one shipment or tracking number for the same order.

Apparel and Print-on-Demand Items

Some apparel products, including shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, polos, jackets, bags, and related items, may be printed and shipped by a fulfillment partner.

Production and shipping times for these items may differ from engraved products.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

MaxSwag Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

MaxSwag Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, or delivery issues after the package has been marked delivered.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution.

Bulk Orders and Custom Quotes

Shipping for bulk orders, oversized items, large custom orders, live engraving events, school orders, church orders, business orders, and special event orders may be quoted separately.

Free shipping promotions may not apply to bulk orders, oversized items, custom quoted projects, or special event orders unless specifically stated.
